Mr. Poignant has more than 20 years of experience establishing and successfully managing
multi-national companies and global corporations in computer technology dominated
industries. He is
currently the founder and CEO of Diversified payment solution holdings that consists of
several
companies including Payment World where he provides leadership and oversees
development and deployment of growth strategy.
Mr. Poignant is vastly knowledgeable in providing high quality banking services to
fulfill community
and customer needs with a focus on increasing shareholder value. As motivational leader,
he has
established and directed a highly skilled management team to maximize profits with the
best
interests of shareholders, customers, employees and communities.
Bruce Parker - Director and Asian Business Development
Bruce has 25 years experience in the Electronic Payments Industry. As CFO for QSI Payments Inc (purchased by MasterCard), Bruce was responsible for commercial viability and business strategy. Bruce established iPay Options, which has developed a number of payment and FX platforms. He is a founder and Director of SBC SWISS CAPITAL AG and he is currently a member of the board of Payment World where he provides leadership and oversees development and deployment in Asia.
Cédric Mayol - Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Mayol holds Graduate Degree in Design and Maintenance of Software from the University Ecole de Conception et de Maintenance de Logiciel in France, where he graduated with honors valedictorian of his class. He has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of IT. His extensive expertise in development, installation, and administration of Linux servers, web and mobile applications development of various levels of sophistication, and systems security makes him invaluable additional to the team.
